Creative writing and walking seem to preoccupy me inordinately at the moment. I’d like to think or may be it is just a goal at this stage to concentrate on either or both of these activities but then I also like gardening, reading and to be honest living. I wouldn’t like to become so focused on one area of my life that I’d neglect another, but we’ll see. However one of the reasons for this musing is that I’m travelling to Portugal later today, to spend a couple of days exploring Porto before I commence two of the stages of the Portugese Camino. The itinerary is Porto to Tui on the Spanish border over a week, followed by a two day break before heading on to Santiago, before heading home.
I intend to write of my experiences, the highs and lows and hope you’ll join me on my journey. Buen Camino!
